            Key Responsibilities:  Operations Management  Oversee daily salon operations and ensure smooth workflow 
Open and close the salon according to company procedures 
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards throughout the salon 
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations 
 Team Leadership  Supervise hairstylists, beauticians, receptionists, and support staff 
Create employee schedules and manage attendance 
Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals 
Conduct staff meetings and performance evaluations 
 Customer Service  Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming environment 
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally 
Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat business
