Here at Halton Housing, we are looking for an experienced Habitation Technician to work across our vibrant organisation.

Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday - Friday)

Duration: Permanent

What You’ll Do:

* Carry out repairs safely and to a high standard across your core trade and additional trades, particularly painting and plastering

* Manage your van, tools and materials to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and right first time

* Meet productivity and performance targets, monitoring your own results and customer satisfaction

* Identify and report issues in customers’ homes, including safeguarding and compliance concerns

* Deliver multi-trade repairs in both occupied and empty properties

* Provide a professional, customer-focused service when working with residents and third parties
