OB Hospitalist

Position Overview
* Full-time OB/GYN or OB Hospitalist role

Clinical Scope
* Flexible schedule with approximately 25-30 patients/day
* In-office procedures including LEEP and colposcopy
* Dedicated OR access with block time throughout the week
* Robotic surgery available (Da Vinci platform)
* Efficient practice supported by experienced staff and EPIC EMR
Schedule & Call
* Balanced weekly schedule: clinic, OR, and OB coverage
* Clinic approximately 2-3 days per week
* Call currently 1:8, improving to 1:11 as team grows
* Midwife and hospitalist support enhances work-life balance
* Post-call flexibility built into the schedule
