At Aeon Fitness & Gymnastics, we believe in the art and science of movement and skill development through youth fitness and gymnastics. Our mission is to promote lifelong wellness for toddlers, children, teens and families-by building a strong foundation in fitness and gymnastics that lasts a lifetime.

Located in Hillsdale, NJ, we serve youth ages 18 months to 18 years with both recreational and competitive programs.
