Overview

Marmot Basin, Jasper, AB — Seasonal, Full-time job. Location: Jasper, AB. Reports To: Guest Services Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor. This is a full-time seasonal position (early November to early May), requiring availability 5 out of 7 days per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Core probationary conditions apply as per Alberta Employment Standards.

Responsibilities

• Sell daily lift tickets and apply relevant discounts accurately using a computerized Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Handle cash, credit card and debit transactions; maintain accurate records; count float at beginning and end of shift and sign in/out on control sheet.
• Monitor ticket access, process vouchers and third-party loyalty cards following proper procedures, and reconcile accounts at shift end.
• Respond to guest inquiries, resolve concerns, and escalate to the Guest Services Supervisor or Assistant Supervisor when appropriate.
