We are looking for a passionate and professional Guest Service Host to join our Livewire Operations team to help us with our mission of providing excellent customer service.

Based in Singapore and reporting to the Area Manager, the incumbent will perform counter sales and services.

However, we also recognize that each individual has a unique blend of skills. Whether your strength is in customer service or operations, we want to talk to you.

• You will perform counter sales and services of the Company's products and to pay prize winners.
• You will attend to customers' queries and provide hassle free service and a pleasant experience for customers.
• You will provide services such as SPA KYC, deposit and withdrawal, and conduct reconciliation of end-of-day summary report against physical cash.
• You will assist on all administrative work related to counter duty and the premise.
