            Job Description Assist guests with check-in and checkout, including cashiering duties and room key issuance 
Review arrival lists and prepare guest information systems prior to arrival 
Welcome guests and provide special recognition to repeat guests and VIPs 
Liaise with relevant departments to ensure guest requests and needs are met 
Handle guest complaints and comments tactfully and efficiently 
Manage guest communications including mail, messages, and telephone inquiries 
Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality at all times 
Monitor in-house credit matters and report any discrepancies 
Alert Security or Duty Manager of any suspicious activity or persons 
Qualifications Proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer 
Familiarity with hospitality industry standards 
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
