Responsibilities:
Directly responsible for assisting guests with day-to-day operations in Guest Relations, Lost & Found, the
Ride Information Center, and Ticket Will Call. Responsibilities include responding to guest inquiries, addressing comments and
concerns, providing accessibility accommodations for rides and attractions, answering phone lines, and managing lost and
found reports. Guest Relations staff are empowered to resolve guest issues and ensure the delivery of world-class guest
service. As the face of the park, this role requires excellent communication skills, a professional and friendly demeanor, and
above-average verbal and written abilities. Six Flags park knowledge is a plus!
