is looking for a
Guest House Operations Lead , a go-getter who will run daily operations, cook breakfast, maintain our garden & pool, host events, and build partnerships with neighbouring guest houses and tour operators.
No experience? No problem. We will train you. But you must love people, take ownership, and work on weekends.
Requirements
Hospitality/tourism degree (preferred but not essential)
1–2 years events/hospitality experience
Willing to work weekends (non-negotiable)
A responsible, trustworthy, “no task too small” attitude
Outgoing personality – comfortable talking to neighbours and agents
Bonus: basic cooking, gardening, or handyman skills (we will train the rest)
