ElevenLabs is looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly alongside our GM of LATAM, as we build a regional GTM team in AI.

About The Role

This is a high-trust, high-impact role for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. You’ll be the operational backbone and strategic partner to the GM, helping drive revenue operations, keeping the team accountable to process, and making sure nothing slips as we scale fast across a complex, multi‑market region. No job is too small. No task is beneath you.

What You'll Do

• Partner directly with the GM on strategy, revenue operations, and regional planning
• Own forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and capacity planning across the LATAM team
• Support and align teams in complex deal execution
