• Installing, modifying, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing complex equipment at customer site.
• Evaluates, analyzes, diagnoses and troubleshoots technical equipment problems.
• Ensures operational quality and collaborates with customers to minimize downtime
• Creates service reports and documents recurrent issues for support teams.
• Fluency in both Korean and English
Minimum Qualifications
• BS or above degrees in mechanical, electric engineering or equivalent.
• Min. 3 years of experience in service or installation engineer of semiconductor equipment.
