Job Description:
We are seeking a highly analytical and dedicated GSOC Operator to perform integral roles in daily operations and act as a liaison between the Physical Security Department and relevant stakeholders on a global basis.
.⁠ ⁠Answer routine and emergency alarm calls, monitoring alarms and video equipment including fire, door, and duress alarms
.⁠ ⁠Maintain and enhance security and safety while supporting all client-specific operational tasks
.⁠ ⁠Conduct investigations and analysis on internal and external incidents
.⁠ ⁠Dispatch security officers, ERT, facilities, Local Emergency Services, and EMS personnel as required via telephone and/or radio
