About the Group Reservations Coordinator Role

IBIS London City Shoreditch, part of the Accor hotel group, is looking for a dedicated Groups Reservations Coordinator to manage and process all group bookings, ensure accurate invoicing and maximize room inventory.

Responsibilities

• Process and input group reservations following hotel reservations policy.
• Follow up on all groups from inquiry to actualisation, tracking payment and cancellation deadlines.
• Update and process any agreed commission timely.
• Monitor room inventory to maximise sales.
• Answer group related calls promptly within three rings, using the specified greeting, obtaining all required information, and provide assistance in the absence of the individual reservations coordinator.
• Monitor group room block status and update availability.
• Ensure all reservations are accurately actioned within the same working day.
