The successful candidate will join the Groups & Events Team, supporting the department in the organisation and management of events and helping to ensure impeccable service and a memorable experience for our guests.
Key responsibilities
Support the team in the planning and coordination of corporate meetings, conferences, banquets and special events. Assist in the preparation of operational documentation (BEO – Banquet Event Order, programmes, layouts). Assist with the management of operational systems, such as Opera and Sales & Catering. Collaborate with internal departments (F&B, Sales, Front Office, Housekeeping) to ensure the smooth running of the event. Welcome guests during events and provide on-site operational support.
