We are supporting a financial services group looking at a Group Tax Manager hire. The role encompasses direct and indirect tax compliance, tax reporting, transfer pricing, and tax advisory, working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisers to ensure tax risks are effectively managed while supporting the group’s commercial objectives.

Tax Compliance

• Oversee and manage global corporation tax compliance, including review of tax computations and returns prepared internally or by external advisers
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of UK and overseas tax filings
• Act as the primary point of contact for tax authorities, including managing enquiries and audits
• Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess implications for the group
