**Description:**

**SUMMARY:** Position will report directly to the Director of Revenue Management and have a dotted line to the Director of Sales as well as having a close working relationship with the Conference Service Managers and Catering Sales Managers. This position is responsible for the execution of group room coordination.

The Group Rooms Coordinator shall always strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests . S/he will be responsible for exemplifying the Wild Dunes Resort Culture as well as promoting Wild Dunes Resort as both the Destination and Employer of Choice!

**Daily**

+ Input all new and changed group blocks into SMS or Opera
+ Input and edit group rooming list as needed
+ Monitor all and enter new group reservations, including web reservations, with complete data (name, address, email, etc)
