The Group Reward, Benefits & IM Lead acts as the benefits subject‑matter expert for international markets (for example Luxembourg, Hong Kong, Singapore and the US), ensuring local benefit arrangements and insured plans are compliant, competitive and aligned with Group reward principles.
They support the wider VGS Reward team with the delivery of reward expertise, solutions and operational support, in line with business strategy, within the Group Reward function. They are responsible for managing policies across the VGS footprint, keeping policies up to date and drafting new policies for any new locations for VGS. They work closely with the IM team and the Group Reward & Policy Director managing internal and external Vodafone Leadership Team hires and moves.
