JOB SUMMARY

You will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue-generating strategies for Sarova Hotels & Resorts. You will also lead and mentor the revenue distribution team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.

Requirements:
Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue management strategy to maximize hotel revenue across all properties.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify pricing trends, competitor strategies and guest behaviour.
