Preparing the Group’s Monthly Consolidated Accounts in accordance with MFRS and other Statutory Requirements in a timely manner for reporting to Management monthly and to the Board on a quarterly basis.
Working with the Reporting Manager and Group Company Secretary preparing the Quarterly Board Papers.
Assist the Reporting Manager to prepare Group Accounts Monthly Reporting package together with financial analysis.
Working with external auditors to ensure interim and final audits are completed accurately and comply with MFRS and work with auditors to prepare the annual audited financial statements.
Monthly Flash reporting to Management on Key Group results.
Consolidation of the Group Budget and preparing the Consolidated Financial Statements.
Assist the Reporting Manager with Group Tax matters and manage the Group’s Effective Tax Rate.
