**The Role**
General Motors is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Manager – Semiconductor Resiliency to manage and optimize our semiconductor supply chain, ensuring robust performance and strategic alignment. This position will need to be able to keep the team focused on executing corporate and leadership needs.

**What You’ll Do**

+ Lead and supervise a team responsible for managing semiconductor suppliers, including performance monitoring, issue resolution, and relationship management.
+ Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams to effectively manage complex projects/situations.
+ Sense of urgency to supply chain challenges.
+ Able to manage and consolidate feedback from 100+ semiconductor suppliers and deliver generalized feedback to leadership.
