About the Role
We are looking for an Analyst to join our Leadership Development team, playing a central role in shaping and delivering leadership development processes across all levels, countries and functions in our company. The role reports to the Group Leadership Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Project‑manage 360° processes across the Company: plan and run 360° processes for individuals or cohorts of leaders at all levels; organise 360° debriefs; manage internal debriefers; own analysis of 360° results for collective campaigns; ensure reports support development discussions.
- Project‑manage Coaching & Mentoring processes: drive the expansion and optimisation of coaching and mentoring resources; set up and track agreements; manage pool of coaches and mentors; propose evaluation and tracking methods for effectiveness.
