You will be personally accountable for achieving monthly revenue targets , rolling out a multi-entity marketing plan, recruiting sales & BD talent per region, and managing a performance-based bonus pool to motivate staff.

RequirementsDegree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or Business Management (or a related field)
Proven track record achieving monthly revenue targets
Experience managing multi-location teams (10+ members)
