The Role

As the Group Fund Controller with Corporate Finance Responsibilities, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing various aspects of financial management and control within our organization. In addition to traditional fund controlling duties, you will provide corporate finance advisory services, manage capital structure, lead financial planning and analysis efforts, and oversee treasury management activities.

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements in compliance with ADGM regulations and international accounting standards.
• Lead the consolidation process for the group’s financial statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management for strategic decision‑making.
