Group Financial Manager

Our client, a well-established financial services company, is looking for a Group Financial Manager for a 6-month contract to join their team. The role requires a highly assertive and results-oriented individual who works with a strong sense of delivering quality work and thrives in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:

1. Assisting with the finalisation of the annual audit process
2. Overseeing and reviewing the consolidated results to assess the impact of potential risk scenarios
3. Preparation, review, and reporting of monthly management accounts, including flash results
4. Monthly Credit and Investment Committee reporting and attending these meetings
5. Reviewing monthly balance sheet reconciliations
6. Monthly reporting to the Operating Committee
7. Assisting various finance teams with special ad-hoc reporting requirements and requests

Requirements:
