This role involves :
Ensuring consolidated group financial statements are prepared accurately 
Reviewing of group EBITDA with insightful report on variances 
Collaborating with the Group Collections manager to reduce debtors days and stock holding days 
Implementing a standardized chart of accounts, financial policies, and month-end reporting pack across all entities 
Ensuring accurate and compliant payroll and benefits processing 
Developing Regional Financial Managers to achieve performance ratings while maintaining low attrition within the finance team 
Delivering improved financial reports and dashboards that support effective decision-making 
 
Skills & Experience:   
10+ years experience in a healthcare environment 
5+ years experience in a senior multi-site or group financial leadership
