Job Description

Accountability for the end-to-end consolidation of the global business and ensure the the right structure exists to support all reporting requirements
Ensure Group P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow are accurate, complete, and IFRS-compliant
Manage equity movements and ensure accuracy of the cap table at all times
Partner with the Head of Tax on legal and tax implications of equity structures
Own cashflow forecasting in the short-term and liquidity planning
