**What you'll do...**
In this role, you will partner closely with senior executive leaders across Walmart U.S. and Sam’s Club Global Tech, AI, Product and Design to develop talent acquisition strategies that meet evolving business needs and strategic staffing priorities. You will lead a large, high-performing talent acquisition organization responsible for hiring both Home Office and field-based positions, ensuring we deliver exceptional results at scale.

This role requires a disciplined leader who holds themselves and their teams to a high standard of accountability, drives performance through clear metrics, and partners deeply with the business to solve problems at the root cause.
