Key Responsibilities - Establish and lead a Group-wide Enterprise Risk Management and Business Continuity Management framework aligned to strategic objectives, governance standards, and risk appetite.
- Provide executive oversight of enterprise risk, compliance, internal audit, and governance activities across multiple subsidiaries and geographies, ensuring alignment of the Group’s Governance, Risk & Compliance ecosystem.
