The Group Director, Business Development & Enablement for Realty Execution is a critical enterprise leader responsible for building and operating a scalable business support function that enables consistent, efficient, and high-quality operations across Walmart and Sam’s Club. This role serves as the central point for operational prioritization, process excellence, and business readiness ensuring that initiatives and ongoing operations are supported with the right structure, sequencing, and capabilities.
This leader partners closely with Realty Execution Senior Directors and cross-functional stakeholders to reduce friction, improve readiness, and strengthen execution outcomes—without directly owning project delivery. The role focuses on embedding scalable processes, advancing adoption of new technologies (including AI-enabled capabilities), and driving continuous improvement across shared workflows.
