Key Accountabilities The job exists to achieve the Group’s vision and mission to be the global leader in land transport and to deliver sustainable results and growth through a focus on mergers and acquisitions.
Job Responsibilities & Duties - Perform qualitative and quantitative research and analysis on industry and business;
- Perform valuation analysis for the business based on various valuation techniques. Experience with building and running financial models independently is a pre-requisite;
- Supporting end-to-end transaction process including due diligence, structuring, legal documentation and integration;
- Prepare management presentations and approval papers.
(Note: Travel outside of Singapore is required for the above)
