Due to an internal transfer, we are currently looking for a Group Broking Manager (GBM) to join our team in Wellington.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage exceptional client relationships to deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Assist in generating growth within the existing portfolio and convert new business
• Contribute to mid and short-term business strategy and planning to ensure targets are in line with market trends, regulations and operational processes
• Develop and monitor delivery of retention and profitability (new business, growth) targets for self and the team, to achieve and exceed agreed levels of performance
• Mentor, coach and motivate team members to achieve business targets
