• To ensure that all reservations requested are entered or responded to quickly and accurately and confirmed accordingly within the company turnaround policy.
• To check all reservations/bookings downloaded from Central Reservation Office, confirm send correspondence where necessary
• To ensure that all banqueting & events reservations requests are entered or responded to quickly and accurately and confirmed accordingly within the company turnaround policy.
