Manage and oversee a full spectrum of finance functions, including group finance, credit control, treasury, accounts, budgeting/forecasting, taxation, insurance, legal, and company secretarial management.

Liaise with tax agents, solicitors, bankers, auditors, and other statutory bodies.
Preparation of accurate and timely Management Reports and Financial Statements in accordance with statutory requirements.
Ongoing review of costs, proposals, and evaluation of cost-reduction opportunities. Support and manage internal and external audit requirements, including ensuring timely resolution for audit findings and comments.
Prepare monthly group consolidation and financial analysis.
