Job Description
Performs a variety of duties to maintain the appearance and condition of all parking areas, sidewalks, entrances, patios, pools, loading docks, trash compactor areas, fountains and any other areas designated by Engineering Services.
Responsibilities
Supports the hospital's Christian mission and philosophy. Rakes and removes fallen leaves. Maintains sidewalks, patios, pools and entrances. Keeps drainage ditches and culverts free of obstructions. Maintains driveways and parking lots. Returns equipment and tools to proper location after use, clean and in good condition. Has little contact with persons outside of the Engineering Services Department. Performs other duties as assigned or requested.Prolonged periods of standing, walking, or sitting while on duty.
