1. Operates hand and riding mowers to cut grass on University properties.
2. Trims edges around walks, flower beds, walls, trees, and shrubs using clippers, weed cutters, and edging tools.
3. Prunes and trims hedges and trees to shape, improve growth, or remove damaged leaves, branches or twigs, using shears pruners, or chain saw.
4. Removes weeds from around shrubs, trees, and bedding plants.
