Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Engineering Supervisor, the groundskeeper assumes responsibility and accountability for performing all out door clean-up and service functions at both hospital and hospital owned properties. Work performed in accordance with hospital policies and procedures. Flexible working hours and winter on-call are required.


Core Job Responsibilities


+ Ability to keep lawns and landscape in good condition by routine cutting of grass

+ Nurture all flowers and shrubs with associated projects

+ Complete annual mulching and weeding

+ Complete assigned rounds when required

+ Perform snow removal when required

+ Perform salting / sanding as required with special attention given to building entrances.
