Ensure effective and safe mechanical operation and maintenance activities of all equipment to HSE requirements respond to QHSE reports and ensure addressed issues will be solved
Monitor weekly performance of the workshops and the superintendents and their subordinates
Ensure a supportive environment and a workplace that challenges, inspires and creates the conditions conducive to learning
Install and troubleshoot ground improvement equipment, hardware and software
