About The Team In this traineeship, you will play the role in supporting the development, growth, and optimisation of MariBank's SME lending products, including the Mari Business Loan and Mari Term Loan. This traineeship offers hands-on exposure to go-to-market planning, customer acquisition strategies, portfolio analytics, and process improvement initiatives within a fast-paced digital banking environment. You will collaborate closely with product managers, credit underwriters, data analysts, and operations teams to drive insights and support lending initiatives. Throughout this traineeship, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of how digital SME lending products are designed, launched, and managed end-to-end, from market analysis and customer segmentation to credit assessment and operational workflows.
