Eli’s Restaurant, located on Beautiful Block Island, RI (13 miles off the coast of Southern Rhode Island), is seeking a strong Grill Cook to join us for the 2026 season.
Grill Cook Candidates Should:
Have a strong fundamental understanding of basic and some advance cooking techniques such as cooking meats, fish, vegetables and starches to proper doneness.Have at least 2 years experience in Casual Fine Dining or Fine Dining Restaurants.MUST have at least 1 year experience working a Char Broiler Grill, cooking various steaks, seafood and burgers to temp.Have solid knife skills.Work fast, organized, clean and be efficient managing your time.Be available to start now through December 1st.
