Job Description

1. Supervise and coordinate the following program areas: Outdoor Trips, Educational Clinics, Team Building Experiences, Indoor Rock-Climbing Gym, Lake House Facility, and Equipment Rental
2. Assist in administering operations and events of Outdoor Adventures including hiring, training, and scheduling student staff; marketing; event scheduling; and risk management
3. Aid in the development and operationalization of policies for Outdoor Adventures
4. Co-instruct outdoor trips and educational clinics ranging from day hikes to backpacking, rock climbing, mountain biking, or kayaking
