The candidate will be exposed to end-to-end management of the HR processes such as, Recruitment; Onboarding; Employee Records; Employee Wellness; Employee Performance; Employee Relations; and Offboarding, Administration of the organisations HRIS
Qualifications(Essential)
Completed 3-year national qualification in one of the following fields: Administration or Human Resources or Industrial Psychology Experience No experience is required since it is aimed at unemployed graduates Knowledge(Desirable)
EEA; SDA; PFMA; PPEC and APS Acts SETA and SAQA regulations incl. Training principles Technical Skills/ Functional Skills(Essential)
Computer literacy(Desirable)
