Responsibilities
Ensuring accurate and up-to-date prequalification/registration with clients. Coordination with Proposal Manager and follow up price trend of the assets and compare the market trend.
Supporting and arranging the customized proposal creation process which involves gathering the information/material ensuring the proposal is submitted on time and collaborating with internal and external teams to obtain specialized content necessary for a compliant and responsive proposal submission.
Managing and organizing the proposal schedule and matrices.
Coordinating and organizing specialized content input including input from subcontractors.
Recognizing and providing assistance with resolving issues related to proposal development.
Qualifications
Must be a UAE national with a Family Book.
