• Develop and manage your own client portfolio: identify opportunities and build long-term partnerships


• Proactively approach new clients (prospecting, cold/warm outreach, networking, referrals)


• Understand client needs and advise on profiles, salary expectations, availability, and market trends


• Present shortlists and talent solutions with a consultative matchmaking approach
