The programme, for Graduates Engineers, provides opportunities for our candidates to develop skills and product knowledge, including leadership, customer interaction and the delivery of all aspects of the Engineering scope of supply to meet our high internal standards. Our Graduate Engineers can also work towards professional membership with a recognised professional body. At the end of the 18-month graduate programme, our engineers can use our well-established career ladders and development programmes, to further enhance their progression through the organisation.
