The Graduate Employee – Rotational Program role is designed to develop freshly graduated Emirati talent through structured, on-the-job rotations across key business functions. The role aims to build functional capability, business understanding, and leadership potential, while supporting Americana Restaurants’ Emiratization 2026 strategy and long‑term talent pipeline. Graduate Employees join as full‑time employees and rotate across selected departments to gain practical exposure, develop core competencies, and prepare for permanent placement upon successful completion of the program.
