- Listen to progress updates and news from subordinates in various meetings, such as the Automotive Industry Group, the Thai Automotive Industry Association, etc. - Evaluate information and news, and analyze the needs of all relevant sectors. - Study laws, announcements, requirements, regulations, and rules issued by government authorities. - Assess approaches for implementation, and analyze the advantages, disadvantages, and potential impacts. - Communicate with relevant parties in various internal and external departments/organizations; build positive relationships and mutual understanding with stakeholders through both direct and indirect communication in order to obtain useful information and news. - Compile figures, plan the department's operational budget, and evaluate, analyze, and compare the differences between the planned budget/work plan and actual conditions.
