Morning / Afternoon / Overnight shift (Rostered, cannot choose) 
Duration: Immediate - 6 months 
Description:  
Handling inbound calls regarding government related enquires 
Troubleshooting and addressing to customers’ complaints 
Requirement:  
Min N Levels (4 passes)
