The Government Contracts & Subcontracts Manager role will focus on Department of Defense (DoD)/Department of War (DoW) proposal, contract and subcontract activity. Position requires the candidate to have a solid proficiency in understanding and administering various DoD/DoW contract, subcontract and purchase order types.
Functional Responsibilities:
· Complete registration of Company with prime contractors and/or suppliers to include portal registration process.
· Provide contract administration support for assigned proposals and contracts/subcontracts including customer/supplier interface, negotiations, and contract interpretation to ensure compliance with contract terms.
· Ability to review contract and/or subcontract Terms & Conditions to include flow downs, change management, inspection, acceptance, payment, warranty, close-out, and records retention. Identify Terms and Condition exceptions. Lead and/or support contract and/or subco...
