Working hours: Any 3-4 days per week, 12‑hour shift work role – rostered 8am to 8pm and 8pm to 8am.

• Maintain and ensure vehicles are clean and in good working condition.
• Ensure preventive maintenance and servicing is carried out periodically.
• Report faults and defects promptly.
• Co‑ordinate transport requests, including handling of patient transfers to other hospitals/institutions.
• Offer immediate assistance to patients/visitors (e.g. directions, wheelchairs).
• Report to Maintenance and Housekeeping departments on any service gaps.
• Participate in exercises and drills involving ambulance.
• Participate in ad‑hoc deployment exercises (e.g. FMT, VVIP visits).
• Assist Supervisor in projects and service improvement activities.
• Assist Supervisor in manpower planning and roster for transport and other duties.
