Job Description:
Capital City Club is seeking a motivated and customer service oriented perspective employee for the Outside Service position at Brookhaven.  The selected candidate will work closely with Outside Services Leader; to ensure the highest level of service to the Capital City membership and their guests. A successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day outside operations under the supervision of the Outside Services Leader.

Primary Duties:
Bag Drop Attendant:

+ Provide exceptional customer service when members and guest arrive/leave the club.

+ Assist members and guest with their golf bags and/or luggage .

+ Communicate with Outside Service team members regarding member and guest arrivals.

+ Monitor the tee sheet and range usage for the duration of the day.

+ Effectively communicate with members and guest about important/special circumstances as it pertains to the golf facilities.
